This painting was made with a lot of quiet contemplation. A LOT.

I labored over every step. I think I've been painting this since October. No, September. That was when I did my first study on it. Wow.

Sometimes it takes awhile.

Thanks!! I'm incredibly anxious for it to be finished. On the one hand, I want to relax for the holiday weekend, on the other, aaagghhh I'm so close!! I feel like just getting it done and having it done.
